Taking a bath in a field

My art ideas often come from noticing something funny or an absurd thought comes into my mind while experiencing life. These ideas pop up and I suddenly have the urge to make them happen, without knowing exactly what it means yet. As I start making these works and thinking more about them the underlying meaning and message I wanted to convey is discovered. Sometimes however the work doesn’t lead as deep as expected, it just stays as absurd as the original idea.

Here is an example of one of these works which didn’t lead to a bigger idea, I think it’s still worth sharing as it is quite fun and absurd which is an aesthetic I like.
