Looking out Looking in

This endurance performance of 40 minutes challenges the feeling of safeness within the home. We firstly observe the outside through a window, viewing the neighbours as they go about their day, as the sun goes down the reflection reveals the artist, standing naked exposing her vulnerability to the world. Conversely this also brings a sense of empowerment as she chooses to reveal herself, reclaiming her safety and security in choosing when and how she is seen.
